Training
We provide customized training programs covering satellite communications, Networking (Cisco, Riverbed, etc.) and VSAT that are based on the equipment, design and operation of your specific system. Our training programs are a valuable learning tool that effectively teaches your company’s employees how to unlock the full potential of your existing or new satellite system/network .
Recent trainings we have given include:
- VSAT Installers training in Dakar, Senegal for 10 persons from 5 countries (Guinea, Niger, Cameroon and Sierra Leone). The training in Dakar incorporated 2 new modules: Network Design and Security & Marketing Best Practices.
- Customized iDirect Support training to clients after each install. Customers are trained to manage their equipment and undertake level 1 support.
- CCNA, CCNA Security Workshop and MS Project Training in partnership with NEDGE in Dakar, Senegal. Other training options Available in Dakar are CCNA Voice, CCNP Boot Camp; CEH (Ethical Hacking), Network Troubleshooting, Security Workshops and CITRIX.
